It’s ALL Bozgratch!

My mentor, Will Siekman had been a blueprint checker during his working days.  He was not a draftsman.  Instead he was detail oriented and had good eyes.  And he made a career looking for other people’s mistakes (in a good way).  He noticed things that were not consistent; that were missing (harder than one thinks — to realize something that is supposed to be there is not), that were extraneous.

He was not charged with correcting the mistakes on a blueprint.  And when he came across a drawing that had multiple “errors” he would draw on the print in big letters.

It was his slang for all messed up.
